To support ASF management and help mitigate the impacts of the disease on food security and the pig farming community, the Food and Agriculture Organization’s Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (FAO RAP) and the TAFS Forum joined forces to develop a platform to facilitate exchanges and cooperation between all stakeholders.
The ASF Partnership Platform was established to be a forum for private and public stakeholders to discuss their concerns, share their experiences and find independent and trusted information on ASF control. This platform is accessible to the full spectrum of stakeholders and provides information and opportunities for all.
Partnerships between different stakeholders facilitated through the platform help achieve both effective and sustainable control of ASF within and across countries.
